What is MyDileyRidge?

MyDileyRidge offers patients personalized and secure online access to portions of their medical records. It enables you to securely view information about your health. With MyDileyRidge, you can view:

  • Admit and discharge date
  • Reason for hospitalization
  • Lab results
  • Radiology results
  • Physician Care team
  • Medications
  • Vital signs at discharge
  • Care plan with goals and instructions
  • Discharge information and instructions

Is there a fee to use MyDileyRidge?

No. MyDileyRidge is a free service.

How do I sign up?

To register for a MyDileyRidge account, click Register and follow these steps:

  • Verify your identity by entering your last name and date of birth (MM/DD/YYYY)
  • You'll be asked to set up a username and password.
  • Next you'll set up three security questions. Be sure to supply answers that are not easy for others to guess or discover.
  • If all information (first name, last name and date of birth) matches what we have on file, we'll then send a PIN to your phone that you'll be asked to enter.
  • When your identity is verified, you'll be able to access your patient record.

How do I claim my invitation?

After you click on the link provided in the e-mail, you’ll be asked to confirm your identity. The step-by-step process will ask you to provide your date of birth and the answer to the security question you provided at the time of registration.

When can I see my test results in MyDileyRidge?

Lab results are viewable in the patient portal as soon as the result is final. Radiology results are viewable in the patient portal 4 days after the result is final.

If some of my information on MyDileyRidge is not correct, what should I do?

If the information in your health record is not correct, please contact the Health Information Department at 614-838-7992.

Can I enter my own personal health information in the MyDileyRidge?

Yes. Under Account Settings, select "Change Settings with Cerner Health" and select the “Health Record” tab to add your personal information. This information is for your own reference and will not be part of your hospital medical record. You may share this self-entered information by selecting "Share This Record". To return to MyDileyRidge, click on "Return to MyDileyRidge".

Can I view a family member's health record in MyDileyRidge?

You can now access the medical records of a loved one in order to help manage their care.

To access the medical records, both you and your proxy must create new accounts with MyDiley Ridge and then establish your proxy relationship.

To create your new account, you must:

  1. Verify your identity by entering your legal first name, legal last name and date of birth.
  2. Verify your email address and set up a username and password.
  3. Select three security questions. Be sure to supply answers that are not easy for others to guess or discover.
  4. If your first name, last name and date of birth used for registration matches an existing patient record, a screen will prompt you to send for a PIN to your phone and this will let you enter it online to verify your identity.
  5. Once your identity is verified, you'll be able to access your patient record.

Once you have created your MyDileyRidge accounts, you can establish a proxy relationship by:

  1. Obtaining the proxy's user ID.
  2. Going into the proxy dashboard in your MyDileyRidge account.
  3. Select the Grant Proxy Access button
  4. Asking for proxy access and submitting the proxy's user ID. This will send a notification to the proxy and allowing them to accept this request.

Can my spouse and I share one MyDileyRidge account?

I forgot my password. What should I do?

Click the "Forgot password" link on the sign-in page to reset your password online. If you forgot your password, you can access your account by answer your security questions you selected upon your sign up. You will be asked to change your password. You may also call 1-844-805-4357 to request a new, secure password.

I was logged out of MyDileyRidge. What happened?

To protect your privacy and the security of your information, you will be automatically logged out of MyDileyRidge if your keyboard remains idle for 10 minutes or more. We recommend that you log out of your MyDileyRidge session if you need to leave your computer for even a short period of time.

Is MyDileyRidge connected to any physician office patient portals?

No. MyDileyRidge and the patient portal systems used by some doctors are separate and distinct systems that do not talk to one another. MyDileyRidge can only assist you with health information related to your care at Diley Ridge Medical Center.

I already have access to the Diley Ridge payment and registration portal. Do I need to sign up for the MyDileyRidge patient portal?

The payment and registration portal is separate from MyDileyRidge, so yes, you do need to register for each portal separately. If you’d like to access the payment and registration portal, click here.

Is MyDileyRidge secure?

We take great care to ensure your health information is kept private and secure. Access to information is controlled through a secure invitation process, personal IDs and passwords. Each person controls his or her own password, and the account cannot be accessed without that password. Furthermore, MyDileyRidge uses the latest 128-bit SSL encryption technology with no caching to automatically encrypt your session with MyDileyRidge.

What is your Privacy Policy?

MyDileyRidge is owned and operated by Diley Ridge and Cerner Corporation. It is fully compliant with federal and state laws pertaining to your privacy. Your name and e-mail address will be treated with the same care and privacy given your health records, and will never be sold or leased by MyDileyRidge.
