Diley Ridge Medical Center transitioned to a new patient portal, called MyChart, in October 2021. You can still access your historical medical information from MyDileyRidge. However, you will only be able to view and read the information on MyDileyRidge; you will not be able to communicate with your provider and no new information will be added.
